if fail be sure the linux can find the windows disk area!I`m afraid it can not be find! so the grub could`t loading windows because grub could`t find the windows MBR!
eg. if you windows disk is /dev/sdb try setup a grub for it!
#grub #device (hd0) /dev/sdb #root (hd0,0) #setup (hd0) #quit
then mount disk 2(windows) edit grub correct!best wish!
I suggest you install system for the same disk windows create most area linux cearte 5G then edit another disk for linux area and mount it in /mnt/data for a data area to linux.
